OM Arts - HSI Songwriting Workshop: India

Heart Sounds International (HSI) is a ministry of OM Arts that focuses on encouraging indigenous worship around the world. As an HSI team, participants will facilitate several worship workshops to encourage the local people to worship God in indigenous styles, leading to a live concert for the community of indigenous worship.

The location is in a small town with multiple surrounding villages. Our host, based out of the town, leads evangelism teams regularly into these villages, and now there are new churches growing. The team will facilitate a workshop to include instruction on biblical theology of worship and songwriting in indigenous music styles and forms. Toward the end of the trip, the local participants will perform an outreach concert in the community, featuring local music and dance.
