A one to two-year program to train teams to offer the Gospel to seekers within Europe’s culture of backlash against Christianity. You will be given experience in reaching both Spaniards and immigrants. You will receive training from experienced church planting missionaries and teachers as well as Arab Christians and those with a ministry among North Africans in Spain.

  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Commitment Length: 1-2 years (Full Time)

AIM is a 1 or 2-year program open to a limited number of applicants who will form ministry teams.
The area of ministry comprises a number of small towns in an agricultural region of western Spain.

Living in a community atmosphere on country acreage, we blend into local lifestyle. The training experience is designed to include:

1) Scripture study and courses related to church planting and church life (including meal-time discussions)

2) Emphasis on outreach to children and young people

3) Manual work on the land to help provide food and earn credibility with the locals.

4) A ministry to immigrants

Please note: all jobs/opportunities on this site are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
