Some of the parents and people with disabilities are forming self-help groups who need support and facilitation/coordination.

We currently don’t have permission to DIRECTLY work with schools or teachers, so we empower and train our local partners to do so. We are also considering life skills groups for teenagers which could come under this role.

We are looking for people who love to encourage and train others, who have a passion for inclusion and equal rights of people with disabilities and want to share Jesus in word and deed with them and their communities.

Please note: all jobs/opportunities on this site are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
