Personnel Manager (Domestic): Canada

Administration meets people care with a twist.

You'll be facilitating the placement, onboarding, and care of OM personnel working in Canada.

  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Commitment Length: 2-3 years (Full Time)

Key Result Areas

1. Recruitment, Placement, and Onboarding

2. Administration - Maintain personnel records

3. People Care - Provide support to OMers

4. Reporting - Provide accurate information to the HR team

5. Networking - Develop good relationships with stakeholders

Minimum Preferred Requirements

  • Cares deeply for people
  • Able to understand and implement the complexities of OM policies and practices
  • A good networker
  • Able to communicate written and spoken English.
  • Strong administrative ability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Previous missions experience is preferred
  • Professional HR training/experience is preferred
