Director of Training (CTM): Brazil

OM Brazil is committed to providing excellent training programs to equip and prepare hundreds of believers to go and make disciples where Jesus is not known. Our training department (CTM) needs a new director to lead the current training activities, to develop new missions training programs, and expand the language school scope.

  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Commitment Length: 2-3 years (Full Time)

OM Brazil currently offers a 5-month missions training program, based in the state of São Paulo. The program includes classroom teaching (mainly in Portuguese), local practical activities in the community, and a short-term overseas (South America) missions trip. The teaching includes Spanish lessons, and for those not competent in English, there is also an intensive English course of 3-9 months depending on ability

Requirements:

  • Leadership and organisational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a team
  • A strong desire to see Brazilians and other nationals trained and sent out into the nations
  • Practical and innovative
  • People oriented – caring and loving attitude, able to mentor and encourage
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Proficient in English
  • Proficient in Portuguese (or willing to learn)
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in teaching or training an advantage
  • Inspirational to other team members and students.

Support: OM is a voluntary organisation. As such, all workers are expected to raise their own financial support. More information will be provided on application.
