Field Financial Development Facilitator: Brazil

OM Brazil is committed to sending out well-prepared believers to make disciples for Jesus. As we seek to mobilise more and more churches for missions, we need to raise more funds for building new relationships, developing our facilities, training more missionaries and supporting local ministries. We aim to grow our capacity and be self-sustainable. We are looking for someone to lead this activity as our Financial Development Facilitator..

  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Commitment Length: 2-3 years (Full Time)

The Financial Development Facilitator will work closely with the Communications department to actively seek potential donors, whether churches, businesses or other organisations in Brazil. He/she will also be responsible for assisting the Field Leader to develop the annual Key Ministry plans.

Requirements:

  • Must attend the OM FD24 course (starts April 2017)
  • Must be able to communicate well in Portuguese - both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in English
  • Excellent skills and confidence in presenting and communicating and public speaking
  • Ability to build relationships (connects with the donor’s heart)
  • Ability to communicate OM’s purpose and vision
  • Public relations skills; able to work well with people from different backgrounds
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Support: OM is a voluntary organisation. As such, all workers are expected to raise their own financial support. More information will be provided on application.
